Problem logging into your lightspeed account ??

i know a few people off here have been having problems over the past coupe of moonths logging into their lightpseed account.
Even if you email the company they dont reply.
I called the company today wanting an answer as to what was going on as i wasnt impressed about the lack of answer to my emails and previous phone call.
they stated that my account had been suspended by their computer systems which runs scripts looking for dubious activity ie duplicate account , passwords which appear to be the same used by more than one palnel member.
To cut a long story short he is now arranging to have my account activated.- as it appears that their system suspended my account in error
So if you feel that you "have been" operating your aco!!!! in the proper manner but they dont let you log in etc - then i suggest you call and speak to them on 0207 896 1900 and ask to speak to the panel manager -you may have to leave your details for a call back - just kick up a stink !!!
at the end of the day if you have accumilated points - like i have and they have suspended your account wrongly coz their computers system has cocked it up then thats their problem - you loose out on the cash but they still get paid by the companies for doing the surveys.
