Help please ..... stop me ruining my roasting/baking tins!

There was a warning on the sticker on my Mermaid tins, telling you not to put them in the dishwasher. I have used non stick cookware of all varieties and have always found that the surface eventually loses its non stick qualitites and/or peels off. These are different. Everything can be removed with the gentle aid of a plastic frying slice. The metal is thick and the heat spreads evenly. It said on the original label that the cookware was very hard wearing but I am still fairly careful with mine. I was eyeing up some more in the Lakeland catalogue, till I remembered the price :eek:.

Wing Yip in Manchester has Mermaid baking trays etc at much cheaper prices than usual, sadly not online but the other shops might do them too
