here is a independant review.
Reviewer: martin_ronchetti2 from Liskeard, Cornwall United Kingdom This is a 'cheap' smoothie maker both in price and quality. The tap broke within a couple of weeks of occasional use and the whole appliance is made of low quality plastics. Save the money and put it towards a better quality Smoothie Maker would be my advice.

Have to disagree with you there rasamoney. I have used my Smothie maker regularly since April with wonderful results (gets fruit and veg juice into the kids anyway!)

Although things do taste sweeter when they are free - Grattens Sonic toothbrush offer = Free Smoothie Maker.

I still would pay £19.99 and think it was worth it :)
How much ?????????!!!

already posted today, MDUK, so I will merge the threads.

It would help if you could check to see whether the offer has already been posted before staring a new thread please :)

I don't see the point of having the tap. It just makes it more difficult to clean.

We have used our since April, around about twice a week. The first one I got it leaked through the seal. Kenwood were kind enough to pay for postage once I had given the courier DHL a number Kenwood gave me. They then replaced the whole thing and a new one arrived in less than a week. We broke the old one when taken it apart the tap broke and we openly admitted it, it was an accident. I must say these are great. I wouldn't say they would last more than a year or so if used regularly but compared with the cost of smoothies and the fact that is excellent way to enjoy and consume fruit, I think these are well worth the money.

No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you
