Spirograph

I really want to buy Spirograph like I had in the 70s for my little one. I have the ELC Spiral Art which is OK, but I seem to remember you could pin the spirograph to the paper in the corners so it didn't slip. It was one of my favourite things, even though the pens were rubbish. I have googled it, but it doesn't seem to be available anywhere - is there a world shortage. On Ebay they go for hideous amounts, even with bits missing. Any ideas? I'm sur emy parents have probably still got mine which must be 30 odd years old, but heaven knows where!

  • The website is out of stock at present but Toysrus do MB Creation Spirograph for £9.99 (reduced)

I could never do it myself, too impatient!!! Either that or I didn't stick the pins in hard enough

Oh I just loved Spirograph and like you, searched everywhere for one. Finally got lucky at a car boot sale last year and got a set in a tatty box but otherwise intact for £2. Took it home to my 3 kids and raved about how much fun it would be for them and guess what - they're not interested at all! Kids! Bah Humbug! If you're completely stuck, I'm happy to send this to you foc if you pay the postage & packing. PM me if you're interested but beware - kids today!

    Hiya

I had one of these too when I was a kid and I loved it!

Try ebay.com (the US site not the UK one) they have loads, and with the £/$ rate at the moment even with the postage from the US you could still get a bargain.

    Hope you get one
