He died yesterday. The BBC coverage of it was hilarious, but not in a good way."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Missed Donner this morning unfortunatly; got called into work earlymight try and catch it online somewhere...?
I found out about Heath Ledger last night; he was my favourite. Weirdly though my little brother had a impromtu memorial party last night for him with his friends.; they watched 'A Knights Tale' and '10 Things I Hate About You'. He's a very strange boy my brother.

Welllllllllllllll.............I've had an interesting morning.
I feel like Vicky Pollard that I want to tell this really fast!!!! :j
I decided last thing on Monday to screw up the courage to do a 3 hour adult education class today. I onlyhad it confirmed yesterday so not much time to wimp out! I don't understand why I'm still so nervous about doing stuff like this (or leaving the house generally!!), that cow messed up my head good and proper  (that might not make sense to those who don't know me that well:o !!)
Anyway, I took a deep breath and went to a basic excel course. I felt I was getting very rusty with it and it was a package that had always 'passed me by' in my career and for £11 I thought it would be worth it if I ever start my own business.
Anyhow, the course was good and I learnt loads, I just quietly worked away on the tasks etc. At the beginning of the course we had to fill in a form and one section was highest level of qualification. I ticked the box that said 'Degree/teacher/nurse/NVQ Level IV' as I have a degree.
Just before the end, the tutor came up to me when we were doing the last task and said 'are you a teacher?'. I said I wasn't and she asked about me ticking the box. I said I had a degree and she asked what in (Drama). She asked if I'd ever considered teaching drama to adults and I said no, but, oddly enough, I'd kind of thought about teaching cooking and that some of my friends( you lot!!!) said they thought I might be good at it. There are hardly ever any cookery courses offered by Poole Council - there's a real 'gap' for some to be offered.
Anyway, she said, the thing is, there's a course you can do so you can be an Adult Education teacher. You get a City and Guilds and I think you'd fly through it!!!!
I was a bit surprised -a complete stranger somehow almost pre-guessing what I'd love to do!!! I'd kept myself to myself all morning, I hadn't made any noises about anything in my life or that I'm looking to start again somehow.
So.......I've come home and looked it up. The course starts in April, 10 weeks, each Tuesday night. £85 plus £70 for the exam. I'm waiting for a call back from the Ad. Ed. centre as I would have to go on an Information Session first and unfortunately it is when I'm in Spain in March.
I'm really excited!!:T I came away feeling so much more worthwhile as a person than when I got there!!
And...........breathe.............:rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D
