    Thank for your viewpoint. I would like to add that we do not charge at all until the customers mortgage has completed and they have seen the whole process through. We fact find comprehensively, present with clarity and are transparent with all fees and costs to the penny so the customer enters in to a transaction eyes wide open. Having seen the full recommendation, they can decide if they want to proceed or not.
