Tesco various batteries

We found at a aisle end this morning lots of duracell batteries various sorts at various reduced to clear prices.
Also a pack of 4 rechargable AAA Uniross Ni-MH 600mAH batteries reduced to £1.86. I know that soemone is going to say that they found AAA rechargables at the pound shop but apart from that is that a good price for them? And if so should I run out and get a few spare packs!
Can someone explain what the 600mAh and the Ni-MH mean? And how often will they recharge?
We use them in our spin brushes so someone is always needing triple A batteries in our house.

That's a very fair price for NiMH AAAs although 600MAh is not the highest capacity you can get. They should be fine to recharge 500+ times.0

Great, they are only for toothbrushes and far better than paying 79p for throw away betterys
