Received a letter from Northern Rock to say that as I am in breach of T & C's they are unable to accept my offer of a reduced payment. However they had originally accepted the reduced payment until it came up for review. I have been paying them via Payplan since 2005 and its only now that they are refusing the reduced payment. They also stated in the letter that if I did not make the full monthly repayment they would send the account to litigation (Hey ho, like its gonna make my credit history any worse!)
Should I just ring them and tell them to send it to litigation as there wont be a full monthly payment forthcoming or should I request the CCA (just to stick a spanner in the works). Am pretty sure they would have it but not 100%.
They have driven me made with phonecalls since it came up for review and I doubt that they will stop now.
