Tax in Spain,

Hi all Im New on here

I have a question on tax in the Uk,

Iam living in spain and have since the 28th of May 2007,
I spent he first 4 days on company buissness then started a 2 year contract on 1st of June,
I have had advice from Landwell over here but he couldnt advise on Uk tax,
I am liable for tax in Spain from 1st of december 2007 so for 2007 my tax obligations in spain are for december only,

Is it possible to to claim my tax back from the UK from the 28th of may onwards? as I have been living in spain since then,
I currently have a hypothetical tax policy with my contract, I mentioned this to my Tax adviser and he said the hypothetical tax should only apply from december onwards,

Many thanks In advance
