Nose Job/Rhinoplasty Abroad

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had a rhinoplasty/nose job abroad. If so just wondering who it was with and how much did it cost. Also would you recommend having it done abroad?

On another note has anyone had a rhinoplasty with The Harley Medical Group. If so what was that like?

I had a tummy tuck through Burford Medical.

Saw consultant that did the actual op in Manchester and travelled to Cyprus to have it done. Cost in 2004 was 2.5k - quoted by bupa 6k for same op here.

Very pleased with result and procedure abroad.

The problem with all surgery, nomatter what, is that no-one can guarantee you 100% that it will go completely according to plan. Human beings are not like washing machines, where one part is simply replaced with another.

If something goes wrong during healing, and you're hundreds of miles from the clinic/surgeon who treated you, you're in a mess.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
