</td></tr></tbody></table></center>AFTER all the over-indulgence this Christmas, everyone is looking for a way to get back in shape and HealthZone TV is releasing their first fitness DVD to help you do just that.
Fitness expert Liz Stuart will guide people through a gentle exercise program that will help get their bodies back into shape.
There's no need to join an expensive gym as people can follow expert fitness advice and techniques in the comfort of their own home.
The DVD features over 45 minutes of workout exercises, with 10 different exercise routines. The different workouts target common problem areas such as your bottom, stomach and chest.
There are also special sections that enable people to tone up their arms and legs, giving them the figure they've always dreamed of.
Each segment is under 10 minutes long, allowing people to do the entire workout at once, or to fit in the odd workout around their schedule.
HealthZone TV can be found at https://www.healthzone.tv and offers a number of online workouts from Liz Stewart, as well as yoga, dance and pilates. As well as online workouts, it offers nutrition and dieting advice alongside informative interviews with doctors and other health and nutrition experts.
The channel also covers all aspects of health, from coughs and colds to STIs and even has extensive information on pregnancy and illness amongst young children. All of this is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, completely free on people's PCs.
