Bought TMF Quorn sausages - (horrible) sent in original receipt - circled purchase with date on top. Rec'd letter today saying date not clearly highlighted!!!! and can resubmit but bear in mind terms and conditions. Seems to be as though Quorn are being picky about TMF - theyll be getting a phone call from me on Monday...0

I've dug out the original T&C for this offer, and if they try this one on me they will be getting a serious argument.
There is no mention at all of needing to highlight the date (or indeed the purchase). The relevant condition states:
"simply send your name and address with your original dated till receipt showing your purchase". Which any dated receipt will self evidently comply with.
You are probably now also outside the initial 14 day claim period, so resubmitting the claim would result in a rejection on these grounds. Very sneaky trick.
What a brilliant way to turn a decent promotion (I actually quite liked the Quorn lemon chicken) into a PR disaster for the sake of a couple of quid.
I personally would contact Quorn (Marlow Foods Ltd, Station Road, Stokesley, N. Yorks, TS9 7A8) directly about this. The promo will not be being run by them, but by a third party ad agency, and chances are Quorn will be embarrassed by any silly welching.0 -
Thanks - I may try writing to Quorn - I could even visit as its only three miles away.
I had bought a couple of boxes of sausages and as they were so horrible I telephoned the number on the box to complain - the nice lady said she would send me some vouchers - (£5 in all) so really I have had them TMF - but I put the TMF address as my uncle's so they wont know its me again!!!!..0 -
Hi Silverlady
do u have to state why you DO or DON'T like?
thanks
It doesn't really matter if you like it or not, They just want you to say why "Muller Vitality is the best tasting probiotic yogurt"
I just wrote saying how good I thought it tasted, wonderful fruity flavour, that sort of thing. A bit naughty if you don't like it, but hey we are money savers. Well that's my excuse ;D0 -
Aero TMF in Tesco are also BOGOF.
Aero £1.04 X 2 = £2.08 but the saving was £1.14 therefore 2 large bars of Aero only 94pence.
Hope the money back is £1.04 so I make a profit of 10p and gets lots of gummy choccy ;D0 -

Simply send your name, address and till receipt to this address: Tropicana UK Limited, PO Box 6642, Leicester, LE4 8WZ."
No mention of 15 word testimonials or having to send anything else in the packaging.0
