My local Asda (Boldon) are selling Tuxedo jackets for £8.75 (were £35) and matching trousers for £3.50 (were £14). That's £12.25 for a whole suit! Obviously for this price they are not going to be brilliant quality but it's a lot cheaper than hiring one.

Yesterday the M&S Outlet near me (Dalton Park) were selling black bow tie and cummerbund sets for £2.49 or bow ties on their own for £1.49.
They also had tuxedo jackets for £18.99 and matching trousers for £13.99, although stocks were limited. Also evening shirts for £7.50 (all sizes).0 -
Primark also selling tuxedo suits for £15 and have lots of availablity in a good range of sizes. Was also able to pick up shirt and dickie bow for £2 in the bargain bucket there was only one of these left. All I need now is some where to go0
