Consumer Advice - Delivery Dispute

I recently upgraded my phone contract and got a new phone. They have attempted to deliver to my home address twice and their tracking system states that a card was left (it wasn't).
So I called my phone company and asked them to change the address to my work one, which they did the same day. The delivery company once again tried to deliver it to my home address, nobody home.
I rang the phone company again and they said it would be delivered Monday to my work address (yesterday). At 11:58, it was signed for by myself apparently!! I've never seen the parcel, and neither has any other department in my establishment, I've checked with everyone!
Any advice on what best to do?
I've spoken to the phone company who have been helpful so far, but I've got to ring them back this afternoon and see if the delivery company have got back to them. I've also attempted to contact the delivery company myself, but so far, no luck!
I'm a bit worried as this phone is expensive and the delivery company say they hold no liability once it has been signed for, but the problem is I don't know who has signed for it!!!

The delivery company should be able to provide proof of delivery, usually a signature. Hopefully (or not!) this will be legible, and you will be able to tell if it is someone from work? xGone ... or have I?0

Not sure if this helps but I received a delivery for my sister. When he asked for a signature he asked me to write my sister's name! Maybe it's the same guy that delivered your phone0
