Hello,
In October I sent of my driving licence, a mdeical form and some other stuff to get a C1 + D1 provisional. Iv heard nothing back, nowt in post no phone calls. I thought id leave it till January and were almost on Febuary so I thought id ask for your advice.
Is there a lost items department or something in the DVLA iv heard they are well known for losing peopls documents so im wondering if this has happened to me.
Does anyone have a number or email address for the DVLA where I can start querying where things have gone?
Thanks,

This is their complaints procedure:
http://www.dvla.gov.uk/contactus/if_things_go_wrong.aspx
This is the address for your initial written complaint:
Drivers Customer Services (DCS) Correspondence Team DVLA Swansea SA6 7JL
Make it clear on your letter it is a complaint. According to their site they can't release driver details by email.
BTW I always do complaints in writing if possible so I don't get fobbered off and have a record of what happened.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0
