Hello,
I am wanting to buy this office chair but only if it has a knee tilt. On the website pics it certainly looks like there is a handle for this feature but I have telephoned CS to double check and they can't give me any specific info. I don't have a JL near me so I will have to order via the web meaning that if the chair is no good I'll be left with a return carriage charge. I was hoping that maybe one of you nice people out there might work for JL and be able to find out for me (pretty please

Phone an actual John Lewis store (not John Lewis Direct who are actually a contracted-out call centre) who will be able to get someone on the shop floor to check for you.0
