Anyone work for John Lewis?

Hello,

I am wanting to buy this office chair but only if it has a knee tilt. On the website pics it certainly looks like there is a handle for this feature but I have telephoned CS to double check and they can't give me any specific info. I don't have a JL near me so I will have to order via the web meaning that if the chair is no good I'll be left with a return carriage charge. I was hoping that maybe one of you nice people out there might work for JL and be able to find out for me (pretty please :D). Thanks

  • Phone an actual John Lewis store (not John Lewis Direct who are actually a contracted-out call centre) who will be able to get someone on the shop floor to check for you.
