    If you underspend by your weekly budget, what do you all do with your 'spare' money?

    hi lisa, mine usually rolls over to the following week however i now have a spare piggybank so it will go in there :j

    today for me

    £1.82 on 2 packets of lockets
    £0.50 on a can of coke
    £0.50 on a cake :o

    total = £2.82 :eek:

    Today: £1.95 on fruit, £1.99 on a card for BFs ar** of a sister (reckon he should be paying but am I bitter? Yes I bloody am!:mad: ), £2.99 on Nytol ( I must get a good sleep tonight otherwise I'll scare the kids at school tomorrow!).

    Yesterday: £2.05 on lunch.

    It's not looking too good for the budget this week.:D
    Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on

    Not a good day today, but I managed to add another 50p to my sealed jar.

    Spent £3, breakfast and £1.40 lunch.

    Total spends today:

    £8.90 on travel to work
    £0.70 on a much needed magazine
    £0.50 on much needed sweeties!!

    Thats all today for me...!!! I actually made my own lunch for work today - I'm still shocked by it. Lets see if I can make it two days in a row!!!
  • Yep, I made a NSD. After yesterday I was a bit worried (spending like a bug to me; once I get going I keep going :( ) but can still limit the damage :)

    I think thats 2 days in a row for me this week!
    I have had £10 in my purse for 2 weeks now and am proud to be keeping hold of it (until it goes to pay off debt!)

    Finally dealing with my whopping debt!
  • Today was a no spend day for me and I was really good and managed to resist going in to Thorntons to buy some chocolates to cheer myself up. :D

    £21.99 on our weekly shop - OH's a bit worried it's so low but I had had a good check up in the cupboards and fridge/freezer so we didn't need too much. :j
