    free mp3 editor to edit the mps without recompress or decompresing, very cool indeed its fast and cool.

    Great for fixing have downloaded mp3s etc as you can put a fades in or cut out silence etc and all in seconds.

    It doesnt affect the orignal file unless you make it save on the same name.

    I always use Audacity.

    Its free, you can do all sorts with it - waveforms, effects, change pitch, tempo etc etc, and it runs on Macs as well as PCs!
