    well in that case when you contact the redirection centre then get them to contact the delivery office to put a hold on all mail until the redirection comes through.
    redirections take a few days to be physically sent to the DO's

    yeh...Nat West...hm! I would also ask them where all the payments you have made through CCCS have gone, if they are not accepting them, are they sending them back?? challenge them over anything and everything you are unclear about!!! Do not let them intimidate you, banks have a duty of care to customers!!!

    Lloyds accidentally apparently put my credit card number on my husbands letter, and I sent a letter of official complaint, at the time I was trying to get them to stop interest and accept lower payments which they had said no to all along.

    Amazingly once they got this letter I got all I wanted and more, they are strangely scared of mess ups like that.

    I agree with RAS but if you don't feel like taking that action maybe writing and telling Natwest that you will may get a result you want like interest refunding back and lower payments agreed, that is at least what I would ask for.
