'Lost' Ebay purchase - can't leave feedback.

I recently bought perfume from Ebay.fr. The purchase has gone from My Ebay, and from my 'awaiting feedback' list. When I try to leave feeback via a message from the seller, I get 'can't be found - doesn't exist, or you've left fb already'.
I'd really like to leave very positive fb - any ideas, please?

Do you still have the item no. from your winning email? You could look it up that way.

It sounds a bit like the listing was removed.

I have the item no, and messages from the seller giving me the tracking no, but just get to 'can't be found'. It was a straightforward, very courteous and friendly sale. I have sent her a thank you message, and explained why I haven't left fb.

Edited to add: She's on 79 100% fb, and I'd like to leave fb saying how easy it was to deal with her from the UK.

Has she left you feedback yet? You might be able to get at it that way.
You say recently, so I suppose it hasn't been over 90 days?

You could try clicking 'Feedback' from my ebay, then 'Leave feedback', then enter the item number in the box at the top right side..?

I don't know if that works, but you could give it a go.

    I tried that, and got:
Sorry, you have no transactions for which you can leave Feedback.

Perhaps she'll succeed in leaving fb for me, and I'll get to it that way.
  • does it change anything if you log into your account on ebay.fr rather than ebay.co.uk ?? I doubt this will work but it may be worth a try

in the all buying section.this will take you to a page where you'll see a box on right hand side it says customise display .in the period box below select how far back you want to check and then in the box below this select the last 10,50 or 100 items that you have won. hope this helps!

Thanks everyone for suggestions - sorry my thanks button is having the night off.

I have eventually found that the seller is no longer registered - I am very relieved that the perfume arrived safely.
