i did look but cant find.
We have 5 packs (comprising of 6×200g tubs — one of each mix in the range) to give away! Email andrelax@scholastic.co.uk with your name and address and quote ‘Munchy Seeds’ before 31 January 2008.
If you’re one of those people who have made a New Year’s resolution to cut out snacking on junk food, then you’ll want to know about Munchy Seeds. These little tubs of finger-licking goodness are packed with a variety of different mixes depending on your mood. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Vanilla Pumpkin are gorgeous nibbled on their own or sprinkled over natural yoghurt. The Original, Pumpkin, Naked Seed and Omega Mixes are all perfect for sprinkling over salads to add that delicious nutty texture, along with a subtle hint of savouriness.
Try mixing up some tossed salad leaves, parmesan shavings, bacon bits and a heaped teaspoon of the Omega Mix — all drizzled in a touch of olive oil for a truly mouthwatering and nutrition-packed lunch. Likewise, the delicate spiciness of the Chilli and Cajun Mixes would make a great alternative to peanuts and crisps with your favourite tipple when friends come to visit.
The entire Munchy Seeds range is rich in Omega 6 and 9, high in iron, zinc and vitamin E, is low in GI and free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. It is cholesterol, dairy and gluten free and suitable for coeliacs, vegans and vegetarians
