Following a deadly suicide terrorist attack in Saudi Arabia, in which over one hundred innocent men, women and children were slain, FBI Special Agent Ronald Fleury (Jamie Foxx) learns his best friend and fellow FBI agent was killed in the blast. Against direct orders, Fleury forms an elite FBI squad to secretly enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to track down the Islamic mastermind behind the atrocities and bring an end to their campaign of terror, death and destruction.

With only five days to complete their mission and constantly under threat of causing a diplomatic incident, the FBI team swing into action as they try to piece together the evidence they need to track down this highly dangerous terrorist cell who are determined to inflict Jihad on Western society at any cost.

Despite their skill and expertise, Fleury and his men find themselves unrehearsed and disorientated when they enter the distant and unknown landscape of Saudi Arabia. Handicapped by protocol, bureaucracy and custom, with time dwindling at an alarming rate and their Saudi counterparts suspicious and unwelcoming, the team are constantly under threat of attack in the hostile territory.
