Update for me - spent my £5 Boots voucher on Listerine, squeezy soap, a yoghurt and a drink... came to £4.80 and the Cashier wouldn't give me 20p change (said she couldn't - and couldn't put on a giftcard as I paid with a paper voucher). Felt embarassed in front of the lunchtime queue, as I didn't see why I should loose the 20p really. Was rather annoyed. Letter to Customer Services on the way!0
