Xango - any comments please?

Hello lovely peeps, We've been approached by a representative of this company to market/sell their products. Can anyone tell me of their experiences of any involvement with this company? Reason I ask is, they make (to me at any rate) rather over the top claims of the health benefits of these products and yes, yes, yes I know it's a network marketing company which I don't have a problem with per se. BUT there's NO WAY I'd ever try to sell any product that in any way, shape or form can't support it's purported benefits to people. Any comments/research results would be very much appreciated. Just general experiences etc ( about Xango) would be beneficial and useful to know.

My gut feeling is 'don't go there'!

I had a gentlemen come and visit me at work last year because I needed to purchase a piece of office equipment. He then somehow got chatting about health problems he and his family member had experienced and that they had tried this juice at which point he pushed a business card under my nose. I am not easily led and knew what his game was.

To cut a long story short, he hand delivered a week later a bottle of the juice for my OH to test since he had been suffering with aching bones etc. Basically it didnt have any affect - I am so glad I wasnt charged for it because at £13 + a bottle it doesnt come cheap!

I think it is one of those triage business schemes to be honest. He cant be earning that much from it if he is having to work for another company.

Thanks for that, not sure what a triage company is though! Did some research and not too impressed to be honest.

Would welcome any other comments. Anybody out there?

Basically go with your instint, it seems to be a posh description of pyramid selling
basically person 1 boss
person 1 introduces 2 people (nos 2 + 3)so he a a cut from them
person 2 intros 2 people (nos 4 + 5), pay commission to person 2, who pays a cut to person 1
person 3, he introdues 2 people ( nos 6+7), they pay a commission to person 3, who then pays to person 1

The further down the line, person 1 ends up rich.
