i've used them and found that they helped (could be the placebo effect but i'm not complaining) - but i do hate the taste!! i think they dissolve the stuff in some kind of brandy like alcohol, which is something i cannot drink! i had them 'personally' made up for me, but they do last a long time and it can just make you feel better to know it's in your bag with you should you really need it. worth seeing your doctor anyway though - hope it isn't anything serious (although stress is pretty serious long term!).

I use the spray from Boots thanks to someone on this site and I love it. The spray makes it very descreet and easy to use.

It's £7.45 in Boots and on 3 for 2 at the moment.

  • Another rescue remedy fan here :) My only problem is that I use it before the dentist and am always conscious of smelling a bit alcohol-y :)

I wouldn't worry about smelly alcohol-y, a roadside breath test would register alcohol if you'd used most mouthwashes anyway :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Better than garlic or fags anyway!!

Ive got another version of rescue remedy, i think its called Dr Bach emergency treatment, i got it from the same place that sells all the Martha Hill cosmetics. It doesnt have alcohol in it and tastes much nicer than RR. It also has 7 remedies in it, compared to the usual 5 in RR.:j

not tried the personal blends or anything just the normal RR which has helped me through my dad's funeral, lots of flights and other stressful times. I don't know if it's the placebo or the hit of alcohol that does it or the flower essences though ;)

    Hiyah

I have used both the rescue remedy and a mixture of remedies mixed for my particular needs. I can honestly say, i was extremely pleased with the results, i have recommended the products to all my friends. My advise to you would be to try it! I am sure you will see the benefits!

    Best of luck
