I'm just wondering if it makes a differance by what broadband speed you're on??? We recently upgraded to the 20mb broadband as part of our tv package and I didn't have any problems with the site at all.

Have you tried logging in from the home page? Usually makes it more stable. Sorry if you already tried that

I struggled to check out aswell. I finally managed but Rose Petal cottage had gone, which is good because i have nowhere to put it! Had my email to say they have my order but don't hold out much hope as all things now out of stock and checkout so slow. I will also complain if it gets cancelled especially if i loose my points (although i think i read someone kept theres when some of order didn't arrive)

I also had some things in basketfrom last night, making use of extra baby points and toiletries. Also then got a scent occasion thing (although only 50% off) to make total over £55 (in order to use voucher for 500 extra points). Total spend £58 points £21

Now stocked up with toiletries and a few more pressies (more for dd-i had said no more)

morning all.....missed the excitement by about 20 minutes I reckon. Still I had a nose and there wasn't really anything I wanted.

i just checkout through paypal, before i did i put the ten pound off code in and when i paid i realised that it hadn't taken it off and it didn't tell me that i couldn't use it. Is there anything i can do about this please

so many people though are now getting up so early to order, thats probably whats causing it as we are all trying to check out at the same time! One less in the morning though, i'll take my anger out at the dart board tonight, prob get 180 now(more like 18 lol), i'm really pleased with the things i already have though so not complaining and saved me some money for going out today!

I have poorish broadband, and all I got was the blue page with the Hmmmm Lady when I tried to check out, whilst the few measly bits I'd thrown in my basket dwindled before my eyes till there was nothing I really wanted.....

Money saving, indeed! Ah well, back to bed. Tomorrow's another day. (Oh, no - that'll still be today, won't it?!)

Well that kind of reinforces the broadband theory anyway. Like I said I only ordered 3 items and if my past orders are anything to go by I'll be lucky if they turn up!
