psp game query

hi, i brought a psp and psp game from argos just before xmas for my nephew. he recieved the same game (sonic rivals) on xmas day from someone else as family members knew he would be getting a psp. the game i brought him is still sealed and i still have the reciept. is it possible to return the game?

If you have the receipt you can get a full refund but if you didnt they would give you the lowest selling price of the game on a giftcard.

It would depends on who serves you because they are exempt from the 30 day MBG. If I served you and the seal wasn't broken I'd refund it, but my miserable supervisor wouldn't.

Yes i would refund also, all be it on a voucher and if no receipt and still sealed i would prob refund again onto a gift card but would be at the prom price as you can get 2 games for £25. But as Colliefrog says some will and some wont altho i cant see a prob

If the game was still sealed, and you had receipt... you get full refund as already said, but with no reciept... you get the lowest selling price on gift voucher. Sorry if this is bad news.
