  • Hi there, I just wondered if anyone here has actually successfully redeemed any ipoints? I spent 6200 points on a case of wine at the beginning of this month and haven't heard anything since.
    I've also noticed that there are no contact e-mail addresses only a snail mail one and on the help page it says to fill in the form "below" but there is no form. Should I start worrying about lost points or just bite the bullet and write them a letter?

  • I`ve been trying to redeem some points for a gift since the new site went live, but each time I submit, it keeps telling me the site is under maintenence :mad:
    I find it hard to believe they havn`t sorted out all the problems yet.

    As for contact for any problems, try [EMAIL="m.stephenson@maximiles.com"]m.stephenson@maximiles.com[/EMAIL], she replied to me within a few hours and sorted out a missing reward.

  • Thanks to everyone who have answered my post. I've had an e-mail from Elke Macpherson [e.macpherson@ipoints.co.uk] saying
    "Unfortunately, the suppliers do not seem to have received our automated orders. I have today manually ordered your wine. They will process this within 7 days.
    Please accept my sincere apologies for the extreme delay you have experienced." So watch this space and I'll let you know what happens next..:D
