Tip off your local newspaper/radio station. You don't have to give your name, they will check it out themselves.0

Unfortunatley this is a common practice now and the press don't seem that interested.
I work for a sector of a 'Quote me Happy' company and they're going through a phrase of offshoring different sections each year.
Although the 'call centre' which was offshored is now being scrapped and being replaced with an automated IVR system - whilst the staff there are being trained to do the 'non-customer contact work.'
Seems in this day and age we're either replaced by machines, or by someone abroad.
Never mind, the recession is on its way0 -
true it is but every brand does get hurt if its in the paper..0

You say the press don't seem interested. depends who you go to. If it's a really local paper or radio station, they're normally scrabbling around for any material to fill the column inches or bulletin.0
