hello ladies,

i notice that the website is down... but appear to have been selected for a review panel??? they have emailed me and sent me a few T & Cs, very straight forward and i said i would be fine to be a part of it... got an email back asking for a postage address to post me some bits????.......

i can not remember signing up or similar or not sure if i found a link here.. i normally keep emails i expect to hear back from but dont seem to have one in this case and cant find a link here..i have order from them once or twice but that is it???

i just looked at the website after ages and found it is down.. a bit confused.. any one else do this or been selected???

mmm.. not sure what is happening..

i dug out an old order looking for a number..

called it, said it has changed and called the new number..

different company name, no -one picked up just a message and googled the company name and lo and behold, the same address as the one on the recent email i got???

The site has been down for weeks now

They were saying they were closing it so they could relaunch - and whereas no relaunch date was given, I'm not sure it was meant to take this long.

If anyone knows anything, please let us know!

I don't have any outstanding orders but I am a very keen customer!

Yeah it looks like they have been bought out by Fragrance Direct.

What I liked about Beauty Counter Direct was that they featured brands that similar sites didn't, such as Benefit and, more recently, MAC. Now they have merged with Fragrance Direct, I can't see any of those brands on the site. Shame.
