Does anyone know how long they take to deliver ?

I placed an order for the Pout Blusher & a Too Faced palette last Friday 6 June, but have not received either yet. The website says orders take between 3-5 days for delivery & both orders say 'Order to Dispatch' ??

my orders have always come within a few days, certainly no longer than 5 days.

Thanks littleluppin. If they don't come on Monday, I'll send them an e-mail to chase them. 'Order to dispatch' sounds like they are about to be dispatched, rather than already been dispatched, but my c/card has been charged.

I ordered the Too Faced Pallette on 7th June, got an email 9th June saying status: order to dispatch and then it arrived on 11th June. I'd send them an email, it may be caught up in the postal system but sounds like it has been dispatched.

My first order must have gone AWOL, but I e-mailed them on Wednesday & they replied straight away saying they would send it again via recorded delivery & it arrived yesterday. I'm very pleased with both items esp. the Too Faced Palette, a bargain for £2.99 ! Excellent customer service too, very prompt e-mail replies.
