Jobs to do in spare time....

Hi, Im just wondering if anybody or their partners have/do any jobs on their spare time to raise money? I dont mean part time evening jobs - bar work for example. But something that pays a little more. I dont have time really as I work until late at night sometimes, but my partner is home at 4 oclock most days, and we are trying to think of something he could do. I did mention training to be a fireman, as a lot of people we know do it part time, but it seems a little extreme. Any ideas anyone? He is 33.

Does he drive? Private hire car companies may be looking for drivers who have their own vehicles. I would have thought 4pm to 7pm might be quite a busy time.

He might also find work with a call centre. I once worked for a telephone fundraising company (raising funds for charities) which operated between the hours of 6pm and 9pm. Personally I only did it as a little filler job (not my thing) but plenty of people do it regularly.
