This is a gadget that really stretches you to the limit.

I saw a similar product earlier on in the week, in Ann Summers.

I read a few poor reviews of the cheaper copies breaking pretty easily - the official NSD powerballs have a lifetime guarantee

Now what would someone who shops at Ann Summers want with one of those?

  • BE AWARE - I ordered this item and received it but have two problems
    1. The free gift - key ring did not come.
    2. My other half has heart problems and can not use this and didnt realise this until I read the instructions!
I have just phoned customer services and asked if I can return it and was very upset at the way I was spoken to.When I asked to speak to a manager I was left waiting on the phone for ages until I spoke to Dawn, a manager in CS
Firstly I didnt tick that I wanted the free gift and so it wasnt sent - I didnt realised this and now it is too late to get the free gift.
Secondly if I want to return the item I have to send it back recorded delivery - even though it wasnt sent to me in this way.
I dont mind paying return costs but why recorded when proof of postage is free.

Yes looks like you do have to add the keyring to your cart, i didnt know this, mines still processing as well, mind you its gone up to £14.99 again now.

Also, i think you would be aware that anyone with a heart condition , it wouldnt be good for them at all looking at the videos, its really vigerous exercise, hardly plays fault.
