I am looking for a 15inch Lcd television with built in freeview for less than £149.99 - I've seen them in Tesco direct and Argos at that price (£149.99)Just wonder if there were any cheaper 1's knocking about or special deals at the moment?
Thanks in advance....

Hi
I'm looking for one of these too, BUT does not have to be dirt cheap. Want it to be good value for money, don't want to pay more than £180. Any ideas anyone?0 -
Hi

I bought......or shall I say the other half........bought me a 15" UMC TV for Xmas for £200 from Curry's and to cut a long story short I ended up taking it back. I then picked up a Sony 19" LCD for £300 in the sales and the difference in quality for a matter of £100 is unbelievable.
I got mine from Sound & Vision online (they also have a store in the North of England). I'm very happy with it. They offer very competitive prices too and I was able to go to their store to pick up the TV (I am still a bit reluctant to shop online from stores I have never heard of!) They have a Toshiba TV (15") 15V330DB for £177.75 at the moment and that includes delivery!
Hope this helps!0 -
Tesco have one for £129.97. You probably get what you pay for at that price, but I'm currently looking for a cheap one for my outlaws, and have yet to find one with freeview cheaper than that:

Without freeview, Argos have a 15" LCD for £79.99:

you could always add a scart freeview adaptor if cost is your primary concern.0 -
I've just bought a Sony Bravia 15" freeview lcd tv for £179.99 complete with 5yr guarantee including delivery from John Lewis using the £20 voucher on HUKD which is valid until the end of the month.
Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Also don't forget quidco.0 -
I am looking at 15" Digital LCD flat screen TVs but most seem to be in 4:3 format and as increasing numbers of programmes are braodcast in widescreen 16:9 this is going to mean black bands at the top and bottom of the screen.
Surely all TVs being sold now should be in 16:9 widescreen format?0 -
currys are selling a Matsui 15" digital lcd tv with integrated digital tuner for £129.00 model no MAT15L16180
