Ha that made me laugh as well! Well, at least it wasn't his company getting it wrong, that would have made me really mad. It sounds like he really needs you - if he doesn't know how much he earns, how does he know how much he can spend?
Not that I can talk, I only spend so much time here because the first time I did Martin's income v expenditure I was showing -£400 a month! The joke is I'm a bookkeeper and I'm great with other people's money...Debt at highest Nov '06 £17,822.98

He has double checked with the tax office and it is right. I do dispair of him sometimes!! But still all sorted now.
He has been looking for a new job and will hopefully find something soon with a bit more cash, although I have told him that if he get's a tax rebate it has to pay something off. I'm not sure he was to happy, but it would free up some cash for else where. That is of course depending on if he gets one and for how much!
I will fo course say I wasn't stress out at all helping him to put this together :rotfl: I only nearly had 3 nervous break downs
1 at the 177% APR:eek: , 1 when I realised half the monthly figures he'd given me were actually weekly ones :mad: and 1 when we connected to the internet :rolleyes: :eek:
Still we are going now. I have an interview for Thursday which will hopefully mark a new start for both of us.Current debt - £16,300
