my sons first birthday coming up next week (really excited):j been looking around for ballons in particular helium foil ballons, if anyone knows of any website were you can get ballons quite cheap. plz let me knw....

There's a world shortage of helium...so balloons are likely be more expensive than they were a few years ago0

The price of helium has NOT risen because of the world shortage.
Don't let anyone get away with overpricing by saying this.
The general retail price of a Helium filled 18" foil ballon is £2.99..
Be aware that if you buy uninflated balloons , then florists/party shops will charge approx £1 per balloon to fill with helium ( bear this in mind if buying balloons on ebay).
Disposable helium cylinders ( costing around £20) will only fill approx 16 x 18" helium balloons. These are not very good and they con you by quoting a higher number of balloons than they will actually fill ( they quote for 9" balloons when the regular latex balloon size for helium fill is 11" )0 -

Some of our local card shops do them and so does the lady who does the cards on the market. Might be worth atry.If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
