    OK

    Firstly, no it can't be used to pay off ebay sellers fee's

    Secondly, the code for 10% paypal payments. Maximum discount is $25 i think. Valid until July 15th.
    Used for paying for an item you have won on ebay only...

    Type this code in the code redemption box when completeing checkout though ebay....

    Code= CATLSP051025

    Thirdly, Yes when you go through checkout and you go through paypal to pay there is a small box where you enter the code into and it says redeem code... you click it and you should see straight away that the ammount has been deducted from you final ammount.

    What basically happens ( i have just done this this afternoon ) is that it shows up on your paypal trasactiosn list as the seller has recieved full payment for say for example my transaction £35 but in thebox below it you will see your card was only debited for £31.50

    OK hope thats cleared things up....

    This code can only be used on an ebay purchase when going through checkout to pay for a ebay item you have won....
    It cannot be used to transfer money or pay fee's etc.... its only when you are completeing a checkout and paying for 1 item you have won on ebay.

    Just for your info. It seems to take the discount off in $. So I thought I would get a 10% £ discount which for me would have been just over a fiver, but it only took off £3. Something to do with the exchange rate I think!
