    Hi,
You dont need to worry too much about that, the OR will let you know what s/he needs and will give you reasonable time to produce it. Just take whatever you have.

  • The OR accepts that people dont save everything and can find a lot out for you what i will say though is this I took everything with me going back 12 months and also all my credit agreements the OR was very pleased re this and stated that they would be able to sort through my affairs very quickly. The result for me was early discharge after 5 months 3 weeks and 2 days.

I have my OR telephone interview next Friday and I have just received a letter asking me to send in last 3 wage slips, all bank & credit card statements for the past 12 months and any loan agreements.

I just gave them my last credit card statements and a few wage slips, plus my cards all cut in half, they take most of the info from your statement of affairs, especially if its a quite straight forward case,

Anything that you haven't got then the OR will be able to get hold of from your banks, CC's and creditors.

Why use your ink and paper? It will cost you money  You physically haven't got them so let the OR get them from the bank.

I was told all 3 of my babies were big (I'm 4ft 10in.) and one came at 5lb odd and 4 weeks early, another was 7lb odd at 9 days early and another was 6lb odd at 3 weeks early. Have you been given any excersices to help move the baby? Is it breach?
