Hiya,
could anyone help me please? I'm looking to buy some sort of exercise thing to do at home (so must be able to fold/store) that works the whole body and no idea what to get, should i be going for a bike or something like that?
Thanks

I would recommend a rebounder/trampette/ mini trampoline whatever you might want to call it. Great all round exercise, physios recommend and Gillian McKeith on her programme if you need a minor celebrity endorsement. No impact on joints etc so good for even the unfittest!! Pick one up quite cheaply - get one with screw off legs (6 not 4 as it's more stable) and it will store under the bed. Just make sure it doesn't stay there!0

Hi,
I reckon there will be lots going for grabs in your local paper soon when people realise that they don't want to continue with that particular new year resolution or are clearing out to make room for their Christmas stuff. It worked for me.AF since 10.04.11

If you are looking for a full body workout I would definately recommend one of these.

In true MSE style, how about a skipping rope? Keep meaning to get one myself but I can't be bothered to walk to the shop.0

The Matalan Clearance shop near me was selling "gym sets" recently reduced to £3! I bought one - it hangs on the back of your door and has pockets containing:
- Thigh trainer
- Skipping rope
- Pair of weights
- Pair of hand-grippers
That was the shop in Newport, don't know whether you can get them anywhere else...
What's your objective from the exercise? Are you more interested in cardio-vascular / fat burning / toning?
I'm a big fan of my rowing machine for a combination of all the above - you can fold-away ones that are convenient for storage: http://www.thesportshq.com/ProductDetails.asp?PCLinkID=1470 (go through Quidco).Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
