Following your post, I googled tucows inc and they appear to be a fully legit company. Specifically it says they have a:

"global network of over 7,000 hosting companies, ISPs and other providers of Internet services ("service providers"). In addition to other Internet services, we provision millions of email boxes and manage over 7 million domains. We were among the first group of 34 registrars to be accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) in 1999. We were the first true wholesaler of domain names".

Their goal is to 'connect advertisers to a global audience of Internet users' and they have been incorporated since 2001 and are a Pennsylvania corporation who are headquartered in Toronto and have offices in Europe and the United States.

Also if you tweak around with the original link so that it just reads http://www.calvinkleinpromotions.com/ you come to another page which offers a free sample of euphoria to be collected in participating UK stores. I think that particular Euphoria promotion has now ended but what I'm trying to say is I think the site is legit. As the OP, if anyone does find any information that makes this site a bit suss, do please post, but like I said I do genuinely think this site is 100% legit.
