Yes i,ve used these last year for an anniversary.

The box of chocolates that they sent were the smallest ever but overall they sent a very good bunch of flowers on time (thank god or i would have been hurt....lol)!

Yes,I've used them - to my mother. Flowers on time and not bad. Chocs were missing. However having advised them of omission, they sent them through separately. So I think you'd be ok to use them.

Used them last week, got a £25 bunch of flowers and paid extra for specific delivery times. The flowers were very expensive for what they were, a tiny bouquet, not very impressed.

Bought Dad balloons.
Arrived ontime with free chocs.
Quidco has tracked and the discount code is RBS and it worked.
Don't know about the condition of their flowers though, soz.

I was very disappointed with them last year, very poor display, I felt embarrassed, Did complain, They were not interested,So would not use or recommend them...

If you didnt get a satisfactory reply to your complaint on the phone, you should always write to the head office and address your letter to the MD or CEO. This usually gets a better response!
