I do a similar looking dish with mince. Good for using up onions and peppers etc. Really cheap dish and it is lovely (especially the crispy cheese bit on the top!!)"Stay Wonky":D

Hi everyone - just got back from doing overtime like a good little DFW!

Bit sad that I'm not in Brum today but the sun is shining, the house is calm and peaceful, Stu's taking Ryan to the park in a bit, we've had the folding camper up to put some stuff in it which always cheers me up, we have made some decisions about the possible house move, and I'm feeling much happier.
