Won DMC Threads

I received a big package in the post this morning - my first ever competition win (started comps at the end of December). It's a prize from the World of Cross Stitching and contains DMC Desire threads in 18 different colours
They're all very pretty and now I need to decide whether to keep them for myself, and only get a little use, or give them to my friend whose birthday is coming up as is an avid cross stitcher, or split them between us.

I won - maybe???
I received a letter that had to be signed for this morning. It's from Clubseasons and tells me I have won a prize to the value of £3750, in the Internet Prize Draw Entry/Grand Prize Draw. I have to call an 0800 number within 7 days to authenticate my claim - but my question is "What's the catch?" Is it a Timeshare, where we'll get trapped? We can't afford a Timeshare anyway, so wouldn't be able to buy one, but what sort of pressure might there be and how aggressive can it get? Is it worth the risk? Any advice welcome!
