Egg Rbs Ppi

Hi there, have recently applied for reclaiming ppi from egg and rbs.
Egg have replied showing me all their smallprint writing on their ppi, as i took the loan out on the internet, and are basically stating that they will not payout, as their rules and regulations on ppi, is on there website.
RBS have replied, several times stating they are looking into the matter, but have not replied in 5 weeks now.
The total time now is 11 weeks, can i follow anything up.
Any asdvice would be appreciated
