Well not sure what others think but these do not seem to be massive bargains. No cheaper than our local shops if you ask "Is that your best price?" as any MSE subscriber no doubt would.

Maybe I didn't browse long enough to find the real bargains.

I have to say that these two sites seems pretty good value really if you are looking for fashion shoes as I would say. The second site is to the shop Schuh and shows their online sale which IMO has some pretty good bargians if you had wanted a pair of particular brand shoes or trainers. I particularly like Irregular Choice shoes and there are some on the siTe reduced from £50 ish to £30 so thats a good saving if you wanted them anyway. Thanks to the OP!
  • I suppose it's whatever you call good value? You need to look at the Sale areas on both sites...I only ever buy from this section - I got Evisu trainers for £25 from £89.99, which I thought was excellent value? Also, got a pair of Campers for 25 quid at end of last sale. I had bought the same pair not long before in Sole Trader for £65 on high street (so comfy got a second pair)...seems pretty good to me and do consider myself somewhat of a shoe afficianado...

also they have Birkenstocks (in limited colours admittedly) for £20 which is v.cheap (paid £20 for mine in Germany, which is the cheapest I had ever seen them)
