if your on a DMP do you still get your monthly statements from your creditors i do im a little confused as on another thread they said i shouldnt as you shouldnt have any contact with your creditors i thought this was just an IVA

    well..
    some do like MBNA and Time finance but the others dont.guess it depends on each company

    It depends on who's running your DMP and who the creditors are. Some of ours do and some don't, we run it ourselves.

    My DMP is through CCCS and I continue to receive all of my statements on a monthly basis.

    CCCS are there to help support the negotiation part of the process but your statements are private and confidential to you and should only be sent to someone else if you have specifically asked the financial institutions to do so.
