Asda - 3 x 60min MiniDV Tapes

Popped into my local Asda and they've got MiniDV Tapes very cheap (TDK Standard 60min)

3 pack for £2.88 (96p each) barcode '4 902030 175986'
5 pack for £5.99 (£1.20 each)

strangly they are selling the same tapes in a 3 pack without the added packaging of the above for £9.98 (£3.33 each)

Argos sell 2 of these tapes for £9.99

I bought three blister packs of these TDK tapes from the Yarmouth store about 2 months ago for the same money and posted on here.

TDK seems to have changed the packaging and that's the only reason for the huge reduction.

It's a great buy.

Haven't had any locally since, so perhaps they found some lurking in the stock room. Anyone else noticed these in other ASDA stores?

I was also getting 2x 90m TDK Hi8 tapes from Asda for about £1.69.
