You can get "tinted" cling film, used for commercial packing - but I'm sure you would need to buy in bulk. However, the colour is so slight that it is hardly noticable.

I suppose it depends how much you need and what its for as to whether its suitable?

It's to apply to the face of my radio alarm clock which is much too bright at night - my thinking is to cover the face of the alarm clock with tinted cling film (or whatever) to dim the light down !!
