My wife owns a property in Scotland and intends to re-register it as owned in equal shares between the two of us. Will there be a liability for Capital Transfer Tax?

CTT went many years ago. It is now called inheritance tax. Transfers between husband and wife are exempt so long as you are legally married. There is also no CGT.0
