getting a loan when unemployed

hi, i need to get a loan for a car, i am unemployed but have an interview for a job in 2 weeks, the job specifies i must have a car. is there any way of getting a loan while im unemployed?

I very much doubt it. I can't see any lender giving you a loan based on the fact you might get a job in two weeks.

And if you did manage to get a loan but not the job how would you repay?

hi,
1) i would wait and see if you get the job 1st!
2) even if you get the job there is no garentee that u will be able to get a loan for a car as you have not been working there very long
3) why aplly for a job that insists having a car is a must when u clearly dont

There is no lender that give you loan when you are unemployed. If you have some property on the basis of that you can take a loan.
On the basis of your story no lender give you loan. what is the guarantee for you get that job finally.

I don't think that any lender will give loan to you because there is no guarantee that you will get the job after 2 week.

If lender gives you the loan then he will give you against some fixed assets.
